TIN & TACO STORY
We were founded in 2017 by Rob Bair, who also founded Gringos Locos in 2009. After some traveling around the world and talking to locals to see what they wanted, Rob came up with a creative spin on not just tacos but salads, bowls and wraps among many other offerings. We are all about being creative. From the tacos, beer, margaritas and even down to the sodas, you will experience unique and delicious items with nothing but the best quality and freshest ingredients. Rob has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry and it truly shows in his finished product.

FEBRUARY 2017
Tin & Taco opens in downtown Orlando making fresh tacos and craft beer available to everyone.
JUNE 2018
Tin & Taco moves in to the SODO neighborhood in Orlando for their second location with plans to expand.


MARCH 2019
The expansion on Tin & Taco SODO is complete debuting Tin & Taco's first ever happy hour and more room for friends.
OCTOBER 2019
Tin & Taco's third location opens its doors to the College Park neighborhood of Orlando.


NOVEMBER 2019
Tin & Taco expands into a whole new world with a catering and events facility located inside Tin & Taco SODO.
DECEMBER 2019
Just like that, the fourth Tin & Taco location is opened in sunny Winter Park, FL.
